By accessing and using MakeMyPalette at makemypalette.com, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Service description

MakeMyPalette provides free, browser-based CSS and color tools. All tools run entirely in your web browser. We do not process, store, or transmit any user-generated content to our servers.

2. Use license

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MakeMyPalette for personal and commercial purposes. This includes using any CSS, color values, or assets generated by the tools in your own projects without attribution.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell MakeMyPalette as a competing product
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the site in a way that degrades the experience for other users
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attribution on the site itself

3. Intellectual property

The MakeMyPalette website, its code, design, and content (excluding user-generated output) are the property of the MakeMyPalette project and its contributors. The source code is available under its respective open source license on GitHub.

Any CSS, color values, favicons, or other output you generate using the tools belongs to you. We claim no rights over your generated content.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

MakeMyPalette is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The tools will produce output suitable for any particular purpose
  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Generated CSS or color values will render identically across all browsers and devices

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeMyPalette and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

6. Third-party services

MakeMyPalette may load third-party scripts (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) after you provide cookie consent. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tool or the entire service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
