MakeMyPalette ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at makemypalette.com. This page describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable privacy regulations including the GDPR and CCPA.

No user data is uploaded

Every tool on MakeMyPalette runs entirely in your web browser. Files you select (such as images in the Favicon Generator) are processed locally using JavaScript and the Canvas API. No files, color values, CSS output, or any other user content is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Local storage

MakeMyPalette does not show a cookie banner and does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

The current site shell does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Hosting infrastructure may still create standard server logs for security and debugging.

Data retention

We do not store tool input or generated output on our servers. Temporary tool state stays in your browser and can be cleared by closing the tab or clearing browser storage.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to:

  • Clear local browser storage at any time
  • Request information about what data we hold (we hold none)
  • Request deletion of your data (we store nothing server-side)
  • Opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings

Children's privacy

MakeMyPalette does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect PII from any user, no special provisions are necessary.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
